Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients. This policy allows us to respect the time reserved especially for you and provide the best service experience for everyone.
